On a job like this, "in-wall" means cutting a shallow channel into the concrete face, running the HDMI/power lines through it alongside a separate, smaller channel for the LED strip's low-voltage leads, then patching and skim-coating both over so they disappear under paint. It's slower than a stud-wall fish job, and it's the main reason a concrete cable-concealment job takes longer than a standard one.
Keeping the LED driver accessible
The LED strip itself is low-voltage and can run through the same wall channel as the other cabling. The driver — the transformer that steps household power down to the strip's 12V or 24V — is a different case: it's an active electronic component that can fail or need swapping later, so it doesn't get sealed permanently behind the patched concrete. It's mounted in a spot that stays reachable, generally behind the TV where pulling the TV off the mount gets you to it, rather than buried where a failure would mean reopening a patched wall.
The result: a TV mounted flush and level on structural concrete, no visible cable between the TV and the wall, and LED backlighting with a driver that's still serviceable if it ever needs to be replaced.
