A logistics company in Davie called us about turning a blank office wall into a 3x3 monitor wall for tracking shipments. Nine 49-inch displays, tight bezel-to-bezel alignment, all on one mounting structure.
Why video walls aren't just nine TV mounts
Each display has to be plane-aligned to within 1mm with the eight around it, or the bezel grid looks crooked. We use a single mounting rail system designed for video walls — it lets us shim each display independently in 6 directions.
Power and data go through a single recessed box in the wall, fed by an electrician we coordinated with the customer. We don't run mains power ourselves — but we'll happily plan the install so a licensed electrician can do their bit fast and we can do ours fast.
Two techs, eight hours, $1,800 total. Job came in under quote by 30 minutes.
